Handspun thick and thin merino yarn in a vibrant mix of pinks and oranges, plied with a fine Italian silk thread and tiny glass beads. Perfect for adding a funky accent to a collar, cuff or pocket. Luxurious and incredibly warm on its own for hats, scarves, cowls and shawls. Suitable for knitting, crochet and adding texture to your weaving.
When designing my repeatable yarns I wanted to create yarn that does most of the work for the crafter. All the colour and texture is provided by the yarn so there is no need for complicated stitch patterns. Just take a pair of 10mm needles, cast on and knit with plain old knit stitch. It is so simple that even a beginner knitter can produce something funky and beautiful. The fibre is next to the skin soft merino.
Available in eight repeatable colourways.
Each of these skeins begins life as 50g of fibre and 60cm of tiny glass beads threaded onto the metallic thread. The metreage of each skein will vary a little because I am only human.
