Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop & click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Order” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card & PayPal payment using our secure payment gateway provider Paypal. All prices are in GBP (British Pounds). Your credit card company will convert the GBP value to your home currency at their spot rate at the time of transaction completion. We accept Visacard, Mastercard & PayPal but NOT American Express

Shipping And Handling
All items are sent by either Royal Mail or courier to Mainland UK addresses, or using an alternative service if you are outside this area.

When you sign for your consignment, please check the box is undamaged – if there is damage to the box, sign for the articles as “damaged packaging, contents uninspected” – if you have to hand write this on the receipt, do.

Delivery Schedule
We aim to dispatch your order within two working day for stock products. Made to order custom products take longer and the usual expected lead-time is detailed in the product description. We will normally send your order to you as soon as we download it. Dispatch is dependant on stock, but if an item is out of stock we will endeavour to inform you.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
All orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security
All payments are processed securely by Paypal so no card information is held by ourselves.
